Restart the computer to run a hardware test

Post by nwbts »

Hi,

Im getting this message when adding a TPM protector

ACTIONS REQUIRED: 1. Restart the computer to run a hardware test. (Type: get-help Restart-Computer for command line instructions.)

What do I do next? How do I hardware test?

Thanks,

Why do some drives show status under protectors with TPM and value none and others show TPM protector with a masked value? I am pretty sure I selected just TPM protector for most of them.

We scan agents and have them return keyprotectors types installed and if it is a recovery password protector we import the recovery password.

If you add a pin or password using the plugin, then we also store that data with the agents key protector. We can not capture password or pin key protector data from agent for existing keys prior to plugin or if added out side plugin.

Post a screenshot so I can see what your seeing and I may be able to better describe that data.
