Receiving output - system cannot find the specified path.

Post by Lantern5611 »

When running the install via policy and schedule, or a direct install package this is the output received in the command logs in Automate. On the device itself, the directory doesn't exist, but chocolatey is installed; running

Code: Select all

'choco install firefox'
starts the installation and finishes successfully. Do you know why this would happen?

Chocolatey is not at that location. This is the default location Chocolatey should exist if the plugin deployed Chocolatey.

Can you verify if the plugin has completed the deployment process yet? The agents EDFs for Chocolatey would show chocolatey deployed checked.

If it is checked and that location does not exist, uncheck the box and the automation will reattempt an install of Chocolatey to that directory.

The box was initially unchecked. I checked it, and then unchecked it. No changes yet.

Upon inspecting other devices, it looks like chocolatey has not deployed to the location selected after enabling the agents on that location.
