Trying to manually force the upgrade fails and trying to schedule it fails.

The Script(613) failed in the Else section at step 78. The reason: Script step has been running for longer than 6 hours, exiting step

Windows 10 to 11 upgrades are some what finicky. There are several pre-reqs that have to be met or accounted for to get a successful install. It sounds like from your logs that the script launched on agent and stalled. We have been working on a new function in our Habitat plugin that has had some good success and changes how we deploy Windows 11.

Part of this new function sets several registry cursers and pulls the latest WIndows Update agent from Microsoft.

I have now added this function to Patch Remedy 1.0.5.21 now available.

The plugin should auto update tonight.

Try again with the same agent and send me the logs if you fail.

I made a few updates to Patch Remedy to help with the WIndows 10 and 11 OS Updates.

See if this has any effect on your agents.

Make sure to restart the DB agent after update to plugin.
