Oh yeah, that did the trick! RMM+ extension in SC was disabled and wouldn't load. After updating the extension, it fired right up. The Stalled Agent tool now looks like it's showing as described!! Thank you cubert!!

Yea, that ones has gotten me a few times..

When Screenconnect gets upgrades to a new version, these extensions may not qualify for that version and will disable themselves. Update the extension in SC and reenable it resolves the issues.
