Ok... so it looks like your fix is working; however, I would suggest that when you make these fixes, you reset any necessary EDFs required in order to kick things back off, as I had to unset and reset the cache master and tell it to update unc cache to make it "go".
Now I am wondering what else I may need to do?
Unset and reset location to use unc caching... anything else that may need to be reset?

I've pushed out 3,7.0.10 today.

Here are some of the things we have done. I also added in more logic to mange EDF settings and automation.
