License is Expired and Unable to Retire Assets

Issue 1. - License

I have a License for Reboot Manager (most recent renewal - Order #79544) .

When I launch Reboot Manager from Tools in Automate, I am getting a License Expired message. (See attachament)

Where can I apply the license so i can get into the application?

Issue 2. - Cannot Retire Assets due to a key in Reboot Manager.

Is there anything you can do for me here ? I cant retire assets any longer and support is saying its a result of some foreign key.

On a different topic, I have a case open with ConnectWise. I have been unable to retire computers and it started happening the day I installed the Reboot Manager Plugin.

This is what Level 3 guy at CW said.... over various conversations.

I was able to genrated the error when try to run the store procedeure to retire th emachine EAH-ADS-LAP-BTL (8045) and here is the error:

A)
Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails (`labtech`.`plugin_p4a_reboot_manager_offlinecomputers`, CONSTRAINT `plugin_p4a_reboot_manager_offlinecomputers_ibfk_1` FOREIGN KEY (`computer_id`) REFERENCES `computers` (`ComputerID`))

I am getting the same error because the data will remains in the table if you didn't delete them from the plugin. Is this tool has an interface that you can delete these records realted to this computer id 8045?

If you can't delete them and I can try remove them from databse with your approval.


C)

I am getting the same error and yo may need to contact them because they set the computer_id as a primary key and it is reference to computers table which computerid is also a primary key.


The mahcine does follow the store procedure to retire the machine but it will fails to remove from computers table because of this. If you have any instruction from them and you can send it back to me. I will review it with our dev to see what is the best for you.
