Bugs with the password data fields that are read in

Post by dbitters »

Could you please fix the two bugs pertaining to the field read-ins for "Expiration Date" and "Password Last Set"?

Currently, for me and our Eastern time zone users, these two values always display as the current day at 3 AM for all users across all sites, although it should read "none,” as seen by our Pacific users. The incorrect date and time shown to Eastern time zone users is caused by the time zone difference of the Labtech server, which is set to Pacific for us. When these two fields have no data, they should always display "none" regardless of the time zone, preventing a false day and time from appearing and causing users to report incorrect information.

The next and bigger issue is that the data for these two fields cannot be read in, which results in displaying "none", and I hope this can be fixed. No matter what site or which OS the Domain Controller is running, the data for these two fields cannot be read.

Thanks for fixing.

I'd be happy to take a look and help resolve the time issue. To make sure I'm reviewing the correct area, could you please send me a screenshot of the fields you're referring to? That way, I can pinpoint the exact location and address the issue accurately.
