Error Adding the Plugin for Reboot Manager

I've unblocked the file RebootManager.dll and tried to add the plugin from different workstations.

I am getting an error when I add the plugin (attached screenshot)

Could not load file or assembly.

Any suggestions

Just following up on this to see if anyone has run into it. I am unable to use the Plugin at this point.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

You need to read this post as it idenifies the error and provides the solution.

Basiclly your browser locked the DLL file during download and so you must unlock file first, close and relaunch the control center before trying to install again.
