1. We have noticed that to get the Golden lock we need to run a Disk Refresh. Is there a way to perform a bulk disk refresh rather than one at a time.
2. Is there a way to automate the backup feature or is it already automated?
Bulk Processes
Re: Bulk Processes
Yes you can bulk scan a client.
The Rescan button will reschedule a scan script on each windows agent under client and it will refresh all volumes and keys in list based on scans. This can take a little while and will not affect offline computers.

Re: Bulk Processes
If drives are encrypted and alread have recovery passcodes then scans will return thoes keys
Re: Bulk Processes
I have tried running the Refresh Scans but I still do not get the Golden Lock.
The only way to get the golden lock i have found is to run Refresh Volume Data on each PC/Laptop.
The Recovery Passwords are there regardless.

Re: Bulk Processes
Interesting?
When you select that function "Refresh Scans"
do you get a pop up message like "Scan scheduled for now on [{0}] agents" and is agent count accurate for client?
What is happening is that The Refresh Scans shcedules a script to do the refresh where the Refresh Volume is launching the terminal and running the refresh scan directly.
When you use the Refresh Scans function you will need to allow the "online agents" to compete the scan first, relaunch the plugin and the values should update.
Select to refresh and then launch a agent console to the script logs. See if script is scheduled and when it completes successfully. Then relaunch plugin to see if data has updates for you.
Let me know if you are seeing something different.
