Monitor/Alert when errors occur

Hi,

i it possible to have a monitor which is reporting errors when installing or updating applications ?

I can add (either or) firing off an alert or creating tickets on most of the scripting processes.


Creating tickets can easily lead to a flood of tickets for poorly configured agents. Not sure users would want that. We can also fire off an alert. this maybe more approperate as it will not clog up a ticket queue.

Are there particular alerts you would want to fire off?
