Assign Policy to agent does not work
Assign Policy to agent does not work
if a select a policy and an agent and click save nothing happens
Re: Assign Policy to agent does not work
Actually, it does. We do not display single-agent policy assignments in the Assigned Policy view, as this could result in thousands of entries to manage.
If you're applying a policy to a single agent, after applying the policy in the plugin, check the agent's EDFs. You should see the policy name represented there. To remove the policy from the agent, simply clear this EDF field and save it. The policy will no longer apply to the agent. Similarly, you can assign a policy in the same manner by typing the policy name into this field and saving it, which will apply the policy to the agent.

Re: Assign Policy to agent does not work
The value to assigning a policy to a location or client is that as new agents onboard with that client, they get the policy automaticlly applied. Otherwise agents will remain without a policy until you apply one.
Re: Assign Policy to agent does not work
thanks, maybe a short messagebox would helpful for new users to understand how it works
Re: Assign Policy to agent does not work
We could do that, Do you want an extra message box and a second click to ass a policy to a single or selected group of agents?
You can select multiple agents from list and apply a policy to all agents selected. I would assume you would want a single message box once all agents were applied.
I'll put that on the list of to-do's
