Plugin DB not loading

Post by Lantern5611 »

I am having an issue where after installing the plugin, the 'DB Loaded' is still showing not loaded. When I open the plugin, clicking on anything gives me an error message, "Failed to load [x]"

For anyone receiving a similar error message during setup I remedied this by restarting the DBAgent service on the automate server.

Part of installing a plugin is to restart the DBagent. The DBagent is responsible for the creation of tables, groups, searches, scripts, monitors, and such as is needed by each plugin.

Running a plugin before this has completed would produce the errors you seen.
