As of build 2.0.0.57 the module installer accounts for 64 bit module loads and adjusts accordingly.

If you have upgraded from 2.0.0.55 then you will want to verify modules again on workstation before using shell.
This will cause the modules to be copied over to the c:\windows\syswow64\windowspowershell\1.0\modules directory as well as the default directories so that the new shell will work correctly after update.
