Computers stopped reporting data

After installation, multiple computers just stopped reporting any new data. When I look at the script log, it says that it is executing correctly, but there is no new data in the SurfLog Plugin. I have closed and opened Labtech multiple times. I tried disabling SurfLog for the client and re-enabling it. None of this seemed to fix the problem. At this point, almost all of the agents have stopped getting any new data. Any ideas?
