SQL Query Analyzer new working subscription now shows expired after 1 week

Hello,

We recently purchased a subscription to your SQL Query Analyzer plugin on 04/27/26 and were using it to debug an app that we are in the process of developing. Last week we noticed the plugin no longer had the query button to execute the sql query, and when looking at the bottom of the plugin, it shows expired. We have only had the plugin for a week and it was working perfectly for us. I tried reaching out to support via the contact form and via email. I also tried calling an 833 number i found on google. Can someone please assist us? Our email is neteng@allsector.com.
