When Auto Unlock is false and a user has not unlocked their drive you will see Unknown as status and no gold lock on agent volume.

If a volume is encrypted and has a keyprotector that has locked the drive so that the current status is locked. Then the drive will return a zero disk space and a Unknown status as seen in the following image.

When an agent runs a BitLocker scan, it will return an Unknown status, to re-establish accurate scans, you will need to unlock the drive and then refresh the scan on the agent or allow agent toupdate via automation (+/- 4hours in Automate)

Now when scan runs it will see the volume and the key protectors available for that volume.

You should always keep a hardcopy of volume exports to CSV for safe long term storage.
