Agent Level Chocolatey Error Logs

As of Build 3.6.0.10, There is a new tab that collects the latest log from Chocolatey "if", the logs contain errors. Then the dat and the log info is stored to Automate and shown in the plugin under the Chocolatey Log tab.
Only error logs show up here, If an install or update produces a log file with errors, it will be picked up upon the next package scan.
