Ticketing/Time Recording with Patch Remedy

I know that when patching through the regular patch manager in Automate you are able to record time on patches installed. Is this a possibility with Patch Remedy?

No, Patch Remedy simplifies the patching process and reports current statuses. It is meant to be a low configuration/ no configuration patch solution. If you want to have a more robust patching environment with different micro functions then using the native pathing in Automate is the answer.
