Habitat Services manager

Is there a way to add a Habitat component manager to disable or enable the various component tabs?
For example, I only enable or want certain components of Habitat to run. However, all the tabs are still visible on each customer’s tab which adds confusion to our staff who think that we are in fact using those tabs. Is there any way to link the component tab visibility to the Habitat Services manager, so when a service is enabled, the tab exists, but when the service is disabled, the tab is removed? Another example, is that we use “Expiry” for our password notifications. However, Habitat has an “AD Passwords Expired” component that we do not use. We don’t want them to see that tab because we use the original “Expiry”. We are hoping that you could implement a “Component Visibility” manager in the Habitat Services Manager” to control the tabs, so they don’t all show up by default causing confusion to the support users.
Thanks for your consideration.
