Cant Get Tab To Load

I just purchased this plugin- When I try to load it the screen is blank and control center hangs- Is there preliminary scans that need to happen?
The first thing we need to check is did you complete the install correctly.

In it, it references making sure to restart the DBagent and to close and reopen the control center before attempting to use plugins. Was this successfully done?
