Build 1.0.0.4 released - Adds User Permissions to management functions.

You can now control engineer and techs access to the active directory functions of the plugin.
Add the userclasses needed to access plugin and have a super user configure the plugin permissions sets inside the plugin and you have solid control over who accesses what in Active directory.
