We purchased Patch Remedy last week and it seemed to be working well. However, this morning I'm opening Patch Remedy and it's got an Expired message in the upper right.
What do we need to do to fix that?

We are showing Expired again
We let our license lapse but have re-subscribed. I did put our Hostname in our Account settings.

Ok we found you under CustomerService@ and see that you renewed Patch Remedy 4.
We canceled that subscription and updated it to Patch Remedy 5, You might get a notice in email of cancelation.. Ignore it.
Get 1.0.5.11 here

Install it and launch it.. It will come up expired! that's OK.
It will have added your Automate host to the license system and afterwards we can search and find it and enable it.. From this point afterwards it will auto renew based on your account activity.
