Stop Automate Patching

Is there anything that needs to be done so PR patching takes over and the Automate Patching stops. Not sure if we check the PR Auto Updates is all that needs to do.

Correct, Patch Remedy turn PR updates on to auto update agents.

And this will disable automate patching at the same time?

The plugin does not turn off Automate patching. If you configured a patch group in Automate and have the agents assigned to that group then we can not stop Automate from following it's patch plan.
You will need to remove agents from any patching policies you have in Automate for PR to be the only source of patching.
