New Host File Manager In Habitat

We added a new tool to Habitat called "Host File Manager" which allows engineers the ability to view and edit hosts, LMhosts, Protocol, Networks and Services files stored on any agent.
Copy and paste you files here, make modifications to each file and deploy the new files client wide.
Actively grab current files , modify if needed and save them to Automate. You can use tool to deploy any or all files along with querying agent for active files.
