Refresh Token for Google Drive?

Where can I generate/locate the Google Drive Refresh Token? I can't find any documentation on locating this string to enter into the settings.
This is not needed currently in any of the processes for GDrive. So you can safely ignore tokens,
The big thing here is to get the API KEY created and saved.
