Is it possible to setup permissions so that only certain people have access to tools?

I would like to grant service desk the ability to access some of these tools (namely the Windows 10 Upgrade assistant) without granting them access to SQL (yikes)

Currently you must be a Super Admin or have the user class Habitat assigned to your account to use Habitat. We could add in the ability to deny different parts of the plugin to users by creating a user policy for them that defines the parts of the plugin that would be restricted to a given user.

We have a few new requests joining the Habitat plugin before the end of the year, I'll look in to this further.
