App Genie Disabling Internal Monitors
Posted: Wed Jul 10, 2019 9:40 am
I ran the beta of App Genie and I liked it, so I purchase a subscription and updated to 1.0.21.0. That is where my troubles began. I updated the plugin to 1.0.21.0 and dropped the table as outlined in the instructions. Now every night my internal offline server monitors and my auto services internal monitor become disabled. I know it is the App Genie plugin because I disabled it for a few days and the problem went away. Not sure what is going on. I am looking for some help to get it fixed. Maybe a uninstall and reinstall? I have included the logs for App Genie and some of the ticket output. I hope you can help. I like the product but I need to get this fixed. Thanks
Just a comment. I know all the support is now in the forum, but it would be nice to have a paid “incident” option. Since this is MSP stuff, sometimes you need to get back working fast. It would be nice to be able to reach out for help right away.
