We are seeing reports of some people having issues installing plugins on the new LT 10.5 servers.
To Fix, right click the DLL and select the properties menu. This will launch the window below, select to unblock DLL file as shown.

We are also hearing about a few limited subset of people having a plugin installer "unknown" error that is a little different. We are not current sure why this is taking place. We are working on that issue but in the mean time the workaround is to use SQL to inject the plugin into Labtech.
To do this we will want to download the following SQL query down to your LT server and extract it. Open the .SQL file with SQLYog or MySQL WorkBench and execute the query. Afterwards restart the DBagent and restart your LT console and the Chocolatey plugin will be there and enabled.

We now have released our first self installer application for Chocolatey.

You can now download the self installer , supply the information needed to connect to LabTech database and install the plugin
So if you are seeing this you can use the new installer and it install the plugin for you.

And if for some reason none of that will due for you here is option #4
Install Chocolatey II By LT Script
Unzip and Import the XML script into LabTech using the LabTech XML Expansion under the Tools - > Import menus
You will find script in the root of scripts folder called "ChocolateyII Installer Script". Point this script at any Windows box, just one and only run once to install plugin to the LabTech Server.
Script is very simple and just retrieves a SQL script from us that deploys the plugin to the LT server. Once completed (watch script tab of computer assigned script) you should close and reopen your LT console and you will now have a full active and ready to use Chocolatey II install.
