Last Update Error [V 3.0.0.16]

Hello Everyone,
i have installed the Chocolatey beta plugin and get the Error message (see Attachment) in the plugin.
The Error appears on the Client and The Server directly and starting Automate as admin or normal.
I can add applications, but only directly on the server.

This error says that LT is having issues checking for updated versions of approved softwares. This is a soft failure and should not impede basic operation.
If it does not clear then send us the logs for the plugin off the server so we can see what its not doing.

In the rar file are all log files from the \logs folder.
The Error exists since the installation circa one week ago.

Yeap from logs looks like we have a SQL error
SetSQLColumn count doesn't match value count at ...
This is the code that updates the package versions data as available.
Let us look into this and see whats up and if we can duplicate.

It has been 3 months since the last message on this thread. I, too, am having this issue. Will there be an update to the plugin soon?
