If you have a hard time installing the DLL through Update Manager then please try the following.

Browse the following url:
http://cleaner.squidworks.net/api/versi ... ch&install

This will return the following Copy all the text in the browser and paste it into MySql WorkBench or MySqlYog as a query and execute it.

Allow a minute for LT to restart the DB agent and then Restart your LT Console and you are good to start using plugin.
