Our installation of Cleaner is missing the button to scan on the registry cleaner tab.

Is there a step that I am missing to enable that? I am running the 30 day trial of the plugin and I have made sure that the agent I am testing shows that is has a license it is using.

Mike I believe that was disabled in demo mode. Let me check. Can you post license counters and date here so I can confirm what the plugin sees as license info.

Here it is - also, the computer that I have been testing is the 1 that shows with the license issued.

That's why! When systems do not show as installed they hide any buttons that would force app to run.

Click the gear symbol to open manager to see what's caused deployment failures. 33 systems are not deploying which may be due to demo mode only allowing 1 install.
