Backup fails with error [ The user name being used for accessing the remote share folder is not recognized by the local

Retrieving volume and component information...
The scheduled backup settings:

Bare metal recovery : Included
System state backup: Included
Volumes in backup: System Reserved (350.00 MB),(C:)
Components in backup: (null)
Files excluded: None
Advanced settings: VSS Backup Option (COPY)
Location to store backup: \\192.168.23.10\Backup\
Times of day to run backup: 12:00

The user name being used for accessing the remote share folder is not recognized by the local computer.
You get the above error because the local system is trying to use a user from a domain on a server that is in a work group most likely.

If you use the hardware tab to add the root username to the local system and retry it will error out with
Windows Backup cannot schedule a backup because the user credentials provided are not a member of the local Administrators or Backup Operators groups.
Being the system is a workgroup computer the "add to administrators group" fails in LabTech so you will need to log on to system and add the username to the admins or backup groups.

Then in the username window of Backup Windows only use the root user name without the domain name prefix.

You should see returned:
Bare metal recovery : Included
System state backup: Included
Volumes in backup: System Reserved (350.00 MB),(C:)
Components in backup: (null)
Files excluded: None
Advanced settings: VSS Backup Option (COPY)
Location to store backup: \\192.168.23.10\Backup\
Times of day to run backup: 12:00

The scheduled backup is enabled.
