Excessive Script Queue

Post by Quill0 »

We found there are excessive script queues in surflog, which was causing performance issues with Labtech, is there a way to reduce this?

Can you expand on Excessive Script?

Surflog is scheduled to run 4 times a day on each enabled agent. If the agent is offline or otherwise not executing script schedules then on each scan cycle the old schedule is removed and a new one is put in its place.

This means that there should only ever be 1 scheduled script entry for any one agent. The script to scan agents is extreemly small and quick so, by it's self should not be a drag on the agents executing script. Are you seeing somthing different?
