Hello,

I'm super excited to try out Admon for account management. Unfortunately, I'm not getting any information from the plugin. I've enabled the master switch and location setting with a scan frequency of one hour. I'm not seeing any account information populate. I haven't been able to find an answer to this on the forum yet and appreciate any support you all can provide.

Ok here is what to check first.
First make sure to restart the DBagent after install.

#1 verify that the Admon script exists
Search for "Admon Maintenance Service" in the scripts folder. It should be under the maintenance folder in scripts.

#2 See if agent is getting that script name scheduled over a 24 hour period.

You can force the data to update by running that script on any agent. It should then show up in the main view.

If you have an issue with scheduling of the script automated, then we will want to look at the plugin logs on the automate host to see what it is reporting.
