We need to determine what the issue is by monitoring the script and command tabs of the computers. Can you post here the results of the scans for a system so we can see what it not liking.

We are also hearing about a few limited subset of people having a plugin installer "unknown" error that is a little different. We are not current sure why this is taking place. We are working on that issue but in the mean time the workaround is to use SQL to inject the plugin into Labtech....
