The 1.0.0.20 update has fixed my problem. Thanks.

I got help running the query. Ran it against 2 agents that had the gold lock and 2 that did not. The two that did have the lock show protection status ON, the two that had a gray padlock do not appear, data not found. Only the ones that I ran [Refresh Volume] on show up in the volume list.
