I deactivated the plugin so I can't get a screenshot anymore.

All the checkboxes were empty before I deactivated it though.

I currently do not have Patch Remedy scheduled to run on anything, I had a previous ticket for upgrades not running when I scheduled them https://support.plugins4automate.com/viewtopic.php?t=6457 .

I went to the tab on client/location level as well as tools>patch remedy and this specific computer ...

Yeah my thinking with repeating is that people turn off computers and might not get caught the first tuesday I schedule it. But if I could make it run every tuesday those folks might leave it on.

It wouldnt attempt upgrades for people who dont need upgrades right?

Nothing changed, all of the computers that were scheduled just show:

Ran that command, the ones that were scheduled I already rescheduled.

They show tomorrows date and time " 2024-06-25 20:00:00" under the 'WUGSchedule' column and the whole 'WUGPolicyID' column is (NULL)

Been trying to upgrade windows 10 to 11 and upgrade windows 10 feature updates to newer versions (ie 1908>22H2) and Patch Remedy is still seemingly doing nothing.

Here is log from the whole day of 6/19, that day I scheduled 2 whole clients to upgrade windows 10. I set the scheduled upgrade 3 days ...

Was the day before, so on 5/14 I scheduled it to run 5/15.

I scheduled a client to upgrade to Win11 last night and all of the agents still just show them as scheduled for 5/15/2024 10:30:00 PM with "None" for last attempt and last log.

I tried re-scanning agent but still looks the same.

There are 28 Agents in this Client that are capable of upgrading to ...
