I checked the CIM data but there is no such element called "HP Smart Array P440ar RAID Controller : Embedded : HPSA1" in the CIM data window.

I did both the DB agent restart and after I ran the query as well but all with the same result.
The query you just sent is the same as the one you sent earlier so I didn't run that one.

I've updated the plug-in and restarted the database agent but still no error reported after that I ran the SQL query but the status is still showing the same. Hi Cubert, We tried your update and it worked for that one server so thanks for that but now we have 3 other HP Proliant servers that are not showing the proper battery status and controller status but when I run the script manually it does show the correct status.
