I have an ISO Web URL configured but still got a log event that the LocationDrive is missing. Is it possible to use a Google Drive URL to host the ISO files? Our cloud server won't let us copy the 64 bit ISO to it.

Once you upgrade to the version 4 beta... is there a way to revert back to the version 3 production version if the beta is just not working right?

I'm seeing the same issue as Mike. Is there a fix for this?

Would like to know what the Excel fields marked with No/Yes are indicating as the column header is missing.

Just read the info about this plugin again... maybe it's not really doing what I think it's supposed to do. I thought it might check to see what machines are not checking in and need the LT services started up again but that doesn't appear to be what this does. The LT agent still checks in to the LT...

Or it shows agents that are "stalled" but not really stalled...

Do the stalled agents need to be "onboarded" in LabTech to see them in the Stalled Agents console? I'm only seeing three machines. I know there are more.
