Re: Index was out of range.
After a little more digging I figured out my issue. Hopefully this will help someone else. The ScreenConnnect plugin RMM+ had been removed in our ScreenConnect instance. Once I went into ScreenConnect and reinstalled the plugin and setup the password in both ScreenConnect and the Stalled Agent plugi...

Index was out of range.
I'm getting an error on all agents when I try to use the "Clear and attempt LT Agent Service Using ScreenConnect" command. The error is "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index"
Any ideas on how to fix this?

After I put the scan in debug mode here are the lines related to the client I am having issues with: Processing [Palmeira Health Services] -> Client has a password or username that is incorrect. Re: 7 day trial...
I just installed the plugin to try it out for the 7 day trail and it immediately told me that "Patch Remedy expired on Expired". Can you update to allow me to test it out? My LabTech server address is labtech.iternalnetworks.com.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Registry Cleaner scan button missing
Our installation of Cleaner is missing the button to scan on the registry cleaner tab.
Is there a step that I am missing to enable that? I am running the 30 day trial of the plugin and I have made sure that the agent I am testing shows that is has a license it is using.
