In most scenarios, when our AcceloSync plugin syncs a ticket from CWA to Accelo 2 tickets are created. It appears to be when the ticket in CWA has an owner on it.
Ticket 1 in Accelo shows an owner.
Ticket 2 in Accelo shows unassigned.

Is anyone from support for the AcceloSync plugin monitoring this thread? I have a similar issue with my plugin in that duplicate tickets are being created when:
- A ticket is created in Labtech with an assigned owner before being sync'd into Accelo.
