Re: Applications Manager Devices Not Updating
Heyo, actually it looks like we still might be having a prob updating apps :/ Any apps that we've enabled for a client do seem to stay updated, and they seem to roll out to devices that don't have the software. So that's fantastic, and a huge step forward for us, and very awesome!! But apps that we ...

Re: Applications Manager Devices Not Updates
Oh of course! Sorry, this didn't need to be a post - I should've started there!! Script logs clearly indicated I needed chocolatey-core.extension and chocolatey-compatibility.extension. Once I enabled those, updated repo cache, and forced a couple updates, it installed everything A-OK. I'll let the ...

Re: Habitat Stalled Agents Tool
Oh yeah, that did the trick! RMM+ extension in SC was disabled and wouldn't load. After updating the extension, it fired right up. The Stalled Agent tool now looks like it's showing as described!! Thank you cubert!!

Re: Habitat Stalled Agents Tool
Hey Cubert, we're still getting the old behavior in Habitat 1.0.1.42. I believe our SC connection is solid (just needs a minor update). Any tips or logs we can look at?

Applications Manager Devices Not Updating
Howdy friends! We've been working on getting cache drives setup in Azure so that we can still use Habitat Apps Manager for all of our devices. I believe I have the Azure share configured properly, as I'm seeing cache files & Habitat folders in the share where I'd expect them. Most all devices in...

Re: Not able to view CIM data, but alerts work
Got it! We get the following: "Column 'Ignore_Alarm' does not belong to table Table." That message pops up probably a couple hundred times whenever we open a CIM data window. It also appears to pop up for every ESX host monitor we have. Anything I might be able to try to get around this pa...

Re: Not able to view CIM data, but alerts work
Awesome, thanks for the great info! You are an absolute wizard. I'm afraid it's looking more like the plugin just isn't displaying the data tho. I get something like the following with SQL-SPY: --> EDTSELECT * FROM plugin_p4l_vmware_healthmon_cimdata a LEFT JOIN plugin_p4l_vmware_healthmon_types t o...

Re: Not able to view CIM data, but alerts work
Awesome, thanks for all the helpful info! I poked around some more and found a bit out: I ran the python script manually, and it looks like it spewed out all the CIM data we'd expect. It also ran super quickly - took just a few seconds: 20220906 11:50:41 LCD Status: True 20220906 11:50:41 Chassis In...

Not able to view CIM data, but alerts work
Running into an issue where we aren't able to view CIM data, but it seems like the data may be there, as we still get occasional alerts. Just makes it a bit harder to troubleshoot the issue. The main ESX health monitor displays status and last scan date. And if we hover over the statuses, we do see ...
