Build 1.0.0.20 Released

This is the lastes release for BitLocker for ConnectWise.

We had a typo in a SQL insert QUERY that was causing issues when duplicate entries were detected and we added a scan function to the DBagent restarts to pre prep clients for the plugin when updated or installed.
