Schedule for App Manager

Hi Cubert
We use the settings of 3 minutes Schedule Delay and Rabbit. Looking at the log yesterday, it looks like they all start at the same time without much delay and max out the local network bandwidth. Most of these machines already have the latest packages but it looks like it still pull down the package and then ran a forced update. Do we have more options/control to schedule the run time for app manager?
