Hello,
We updated to the latest version 2.0.0.5 after receiving the SSL error. Now with the latest version it is reporting that the license has expired. We do have a valid and active subscription.
Our automate hostname is: onserve.hostedrmm.com
Any help in resolving this would be appreciated.

We fixed your issue, you should be good to go.
Your license was still under Surflog for Labtech and not Surflog for automate. We corrected this issue.
