Our licensing system does date verification based on plugin GUID and Automate host names. This means when you purchase a subscription for Patch Remedy we place the GUID for Patch Remedy and your Host name along with a valid to date in our database. Every time the plugin checks the license a key is returned.

If you make subscription purchases, make sure to have already filled out, under your account, the hostname of the Automate server you are using. Failure to do so will result in a purchase to server name "nothing" which will not match your host name when license request is made. This is why you see a license go invalid with in a day or so of purchase.

Below is your hostname entry for the current plugin Patch Remedy and is why your plugin shows expired. I have corrected this by updating this field for your account and have updated the license server. You should be all good to go now.

If you find yourself in this situation, and have logged in and updated your account after the purchase then you will still need to reach out to me to push the change down to the license server. It will not happen automatically until the next billing cycle fires off and updates the license and sees the new name value.
