When I test using the windows feature pack update, it asks to apply, but after its finished installing, it automatically reboots, is there a way to prevent the reboot at the end? Using version 10.0.5.8

That is a Windows Update process we have little control over. For windows to complete a upgrade it typically requires several reboots. So even tossing a no reboot flag switch does not have much effect.
