This forum is used to support Patch Remedy 5 only, if your using a previous version of Patch Remedy please see the forum for that version below.

Plugins4Automate has created the next generation Patch Remedy plugin. Many people feel that ConnectWise patching service is too complicated for small and mid-sized MSPs. Most MSPs want is a simpler solution that automates the process of patching efficiently with the ability to resolve patching related issues while continually scanning the status of the features for the patching environment.

Patch Remedy 5 can fill this gap and provide efficient and intelligent patching solutions!

Would you like to try out the Patch Remedy? We are currently accepting requests for a group of volunteer BETA testers. If interested please PM for exclusive access! We would appreciate feedback you can provide as well as any assistance with topics and data to add to documentation project. Suggestions for features on this or any product is welcomed! Please post here and our team will review.

Clients And Agents Tab
Global view- which is all clients under Patch Remedy control. Patch Remedy can run as a passive service or can be instructed to take over the patching needs of any agent.

Client View
When selecting a client all information in view will change to represent the client. This includes all counters, charts, settings, buttons and menus. When using client view you will see the status of the client and can control the agents in bulk under that client. This includes any of the button activities.

Agent View
When selecting an agent under a client all the information in the view will change to represent the agent selected. This includes all settings, counters, buttons, menus, charts, lists and controls. Here you can manage an agent as a individual modifying its configurations to suit your needs.

Upgrade Policy Manager Tab
This tab reinvents our Patch Remedy 4 Windows OS Upgrades Solution. You are now able to create different Upgrade policies then apply these policies to different clients or agents. Different policies can have different settings and requirements from the OS so that you have choices in how and when a OS may get upgraded to the next build.
