If your only seeing IE logs in plugin

Post by Cubert »

Recently Chrome has had some changes in logging that caused older versions of the BHV.exe to stop collecting for those browsers. To correct this you will need to remove the BHV.exe from C:\windows\ltsvc\Surflog\BHV.exe location on the agents.

Then allow the next scan to run as normal should refresh that file with a new one that is able to read new Chrome logs.

That's it. Just delete file and allow plugin to redownload it.
