Getting an error trying to add plugin to Automate

When I tried to add the Agent Status plugin to automate I get the folllowing error:
There was an error uploading the new plugin. Could not load file or assembly 'file:///c:\users\..\AppData\local\temp\tmpDF06.tmp or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)
I made sure the file wasn't blocked but any other ideas or is this not supported on the latest Automate version?
